Monitoring Architecture

How AI Status Hub Works

Checking a dozen vendor status pages during an outage is slow. AI Status Hub puts the official status of 53 AI services on one page and adds what users are reporting right now.

1

Official Status Feeds

Where a provider publishes an official status page, we read it every few minutes and show its current status, affected components and open incidents.

Official sources
2

Our Own API Checks

We also send a request to every service's API or web endpoint every few minutes. An answer means the endpoint is up; errors or timeouts on two checks in a row mark the service as down — even when the official page has not acknowledged it yet. User reports on each service page add a third signal.

Email Alerts

Pick the services you depend on and leave your email. You get one email when an outage starts and one when it is resolved. No marketing emails.

Common Questions About Our Engine

How often is status data refreshed?

Official status pages and our API checks run every few minutes, and you can refresh instantly with the "Refresh" button.

Why can a service show an issue when its official page says operational?

Official pages are updated by people and can lag behind real problems. If our own check of the API fails twice in a row, we show the service as having issues even before the provider confirms it.

How do email status alerts work?

When you subscribe on any service page (e.g. /grok or /cursor), our system registers your address. When an outage is confirmed, an alert email is dispatched instantly. When the incident resolves, a recovery confirmation is sent. We do not send promotional emails.
